About Missy:

Dogs enrich our lives, they teach us what being present means, and how to experience true joy. They are FAMILY! Wouldn’t it be awesome to have that joy represented in beautiful images as a forever reminder of the happy and fun moments you’ve shared together?

This is where I come in.

Founder & Photographer

I create stunning artwork of your furry family member that you can display proudly in your home. No fussing with downloading, printing, framing, etc. It’s all done for you!

Book a “no-obligation” consultation and ask me anything!

(But if it’s not about dog photography, I can’t guarantee I know the answer…Hee Hee!

Want to know more?

Ask anyone I know to tell you how much I love dogs and they will probably sigh or roll their eyes, and maybe grin a little. I love to pet them, snuggle them, read to them, talk to them, teach them, swim with them, and even love to greet strange ones on the street or in the park.

Working with dogs is not always easy. However, I have experience working as a dog obedience and agility instructor. My own rescue dogs over the years have also had their share of challenges that I have had to work through. I am a master at reading dog body language; down to the tiny little twitch of the ear or the shifting of the eye that others often miss. I have oodles of patience and never push a dog to do something that they are uncomfortable with.

Missy does awesome work with animals. It’s one thing to be a talented photographer but it’s a whole other level of pro to work successfully photographing animals

My 2 beautiful “Furkids”:

And YES, my house is fully adorned with their precious faces!

  • Mowgli the border collie staring up at the camera with a pile of maple leafs on his forehead

    Mowgli

This cute little dude is a 13 year old Border Collie/Bull Terrier mix. I adopted him from Border Collie Rescue Ontario when he was 1.5 years old. He was initially a foster but he was just too adorable to give back! He is a weird old man that moos like a cow, can’t catch a treat to save his life, and when he is happy rubs his face on anything he can find, including random people on the walking trail.

  • Moxy the Lab/Shepherd mix running through the snow toward the camera

    Moxy

This sassy girl acts like a teenager even at 15 years old. I adopted her from ARF Ontario at 7 months old. Curiosity about her breed led me to do a DNA test and it was discovered that she is mostly Labrador Retriever, with Belgian Tervuren, Golden Retriever, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She loves her ball, agility, chest rubs, sweet potato chews, and loves to tell everyone all about it…..BARK!
